Terms & Conditions for Quotations
By requesting a quotation, placing an order, or purchasing from PurePET Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Pricing
All prices quoted are based on prevailing market rates and are subject to change at the time of purchase or dispatch.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment must be received before loading or dispatch of the goods. Buyers are requested to share the payment proof along with the UTR / transaction details in advance.
3. No Return or Exchange
Goods once sold and delivered will not be taken back, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
4. Unloading & Transit Responsibility
Unloading charges at the buyer's location shall be borne by the buyer. Any damage occurring during unloading at the buyer's premises shall also be the buyer's responsibility.
5. Order Confirmation
Buyers are requested to place orders carefully and verify all product specifications, quantities, and requirements before confirming the order. Orders placed incorrectly or accidentally by the buyer cannot be cancelled, replaced, or exchanged by the company.
6. Product Complaints
In case of any complaint regarding the products supplied, the buyer must provide the Bill / Invoice Number and Invoice Date for verification and further processing of the complaint.
7. Order Acceptance
Placement of an order shall be considered as acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
